OUR STORY
We are firmly convinced that sustainable economic success is only possible in harmony with ecological and social requirements. Based on this conviction, Tilla Klinke and Michael Grubbert started building a boutique consultancy almost 20 years ago. Their journey began with MG Consulting und Projekte GmbH before they made the decision to found MG works GmbH in 2020.
Over the years, our team has evolved and specialized in the operations sector. Our projects span a wide range of industries - from power electronics, medical technology, e-mobility and the automotive industry to plant and mechanical engineering. This has given us in-depth expertise and a strong network of experts, mainly in the operations environment.
